1 & ¾ cups of cooked black beans
15 slices of jalapeno
¼ cup of jalapeno liquid
¼ cup salsa
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp of cumin powder
1 Tbsp of Mexican Spice blend
½ Tbsp of cilantro
1 Tbsp of lime juice
Blend together well until pureed. Adjust spices as needed to desired taste. Makes approx 2 cups. Use directly as a dip or as a filling for homemade burritos.
