Delicious on crackers with some cream cheese! Thank you Chris Nelson!

5# tomatoes finely chopped
3 1/2 c sugar
8T line juice
2t fresh grated ginger
1t cinnamon
1/2t ground cloves
1T salt
1T red chili flakes

Bring all above to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Stir regularly until reduced to a sticky jammy mess, will take 1to1 1/2 hrs.

Remove from heat and fill jars leaving 1/4″ head space, process in boiling water canner for 20 min.

Yields from 2 1/2 to 4 pints.
